    Same here man how long you been hitting the gym for?

    On and off for...holy cow...8 years. Mostly I practice Ashtanga Yoga these days but every now and then need to hit the gym to get a bit more strength.

    just about 6 months. About to start a diet plan as I realised how important it is now I have gotten into it seriously!

    I'm into calisthenics, so I only squat when I'm about to sit on my chair lol

    Yes, eating below 2k calories almost everyday is gonna get you ripped (12% ~ BF) in about 2 years or so depending on how much fat you've got
