Until yesterday, I had no idea that DB was ran by one person, and I feel that they don't get the recognition they deserve. To whoever runs DB, its incredible what you do, and i really hope you start feeling better soon from whatever is ailing you. I can't even fathom the amount of pressure you must feel from the community all the time, and especially right now.  I just wanted to post this so that anyone else can leave their thoughts and/or prayers down below. Get the rest you need and deserve and come back 100%.

Completely agree. as a solo business owner that had worked his ass off for 4+ years even working on sick days because of customers like all the little brats complaining and constant lack of sleep and no regards for my health and personal time. it's always more important to take care of yourself in the first place.

Don't watch other people's complaints ect. they'll ALWAYS complain, they'll ALWAYS have something bad to say. these people live to say negative things and then do nothing for you either way.  I wish the world was different but people are just straight up dumb.

take your time as long as you need :) your loyal customers will still be here.

ps. f all of you haters you probably haven't worked a proper day in your life for yourself or ever tried to build anything yourself so you wouldn't have the first clue about it.
All of your complaining is not helping. it's not wanted. it's not needed. and definitely not welcome.

I personally don't mind the downtime but it's pretty ignorant of you to call people with actual investments into the products stupid for expecting answers and timelines.

Many people have thousands invested and it's not uncommon for platforms like these to have someone else who has the ability to ensure the product stays up without the owner's attention.

They will certainly make up for the downtime in plan extensions etc.

The key takeaway from the situation is that the team might want to look into options regarding the client's upkeep in case of unforeseen circumstances.

I found this to be both helpful and constructive post regarding the downtime.

Thank you, koirul12e, for your reasoned and measured feedback. I agree with you on this matter.

I dont mind the downtime either. gave me a reason to come here and forum browse for once in the almost 2 years iv been using DB. gives accounts time for a break and some more prep on future accounts when its back online anyhow.

Hope all is well and full recovery !
