Refund Request for Bentos Nex script

Hello would like to request a Refund for bento Nex script. Used for 13 hrs (used for 1-2 hr at a time) however was banned on a high level account. would not mind store credit to purchase a different script. ty

2. Script Purchased:  Bento Nex
3. Script Creator : @bento
4. Reason for Refund:  Account banned while used safely
5. Proof of Script Creator Contact: Contacted bento, was referred to contact admin staff
6. Desired Outcome: Refund (back to payment method or store credit)

Hey, we're sorry to hear about the ban. However, as unfortunate as it is, getting banned is not a valid reason for a refund as per our refund terms. We also have a 6 hour runtime limit for refunds.

I'm afraid you're not eligible for a refund for this purchase.

So ive effectively paid 45$ for a 1 month for the script , while ive only used it for 13hrs... and will not use it again
