Stark 8 Share Posted July 31, 2015 You guys are seriously surprised by this? The whole idea of using an action bot is flawed once people start using it on a large scale and Jagex take notice. It's so easy to patch this server-side for Jagex, since they can already recreate your entire client's viewport, and have all your mouse movements (to 50ms precision). One simple way they could patch this (assuming DreamBot don't spoof mouse events each time you send an action) is if you're sending actions to the server, and there's no mouse events -> ban. Alternatively, Jagex could even check if the location of your mouse matches up with your actions, since they send your mouse movements each time you click. You don't think other bot developers have discovered this in the past? They knew it would not be a sustainable botting solution since it's so easily patched. It was a naive decision to release this publicly.
