Bank pin solver does not get invoked after hard breaks

I've noticed that when client is configured to do hard breaks, where the client logs out for the duration, the running script does get paused. Once the break is up, the client invokes login solver and logs back into the server, but fails to invoke banking solver when the account has a PIN on it. As a result, scripts that do not account for bank pin widget being present tend to spaz out and keep trying to interact with things that aren't there.
