Do you have JRE-8 Installed? What's the currently enabled Java version on your device?

srat 0 Share Posted June 7, 2021 Great tutorial. Still works to this day however I had to make the following changes to make it run on Ubuntu 20: 1. sudo add-apt-repository ppa:webupdate8team/java becomes: sudo add-apt-repository ppa:linuxuprising/java 2. sudo apt-get install oracle-java8-installer sudo apt-get install oracle-java8-set-default becomes: sudo apt install oracle-java16-set-default *Note: 'sudo apt install oracle-java16-set-default' should automatically install javaSE16 and then set it as default as well. If it doesn't, simply enter 'sudo apt-get install oracle-java16-installer' then run 'sudo apt install oracle-java16-set-default' The rest of the tutorial for Ubuntu worked fine. I have also been able to successfully load dreambot client and successfully ran a script :)
