Script recived an update ysetderday under v1.52 resolving the users issue with banking, since then the script is perfoming fine, the user confirmed this over discord. He was advised to increase his RAM on the client to stop the freezes he got along with increase the delay on his actions within the GUI to counteract the slow connection.

As far as i can see  the script is running & functioning as intended, the user simply does not like how the script restocks which is standard across all my scripts.

As a matter of fact which can be seen in my last messages and logs sent, as well as the settings I showed the scripter with screenshots, The updated v1.52.  Did NOT work as intended nor did I confirm it was working to extent the scripter claims. and the scripter @TheCloakdOne did not help me rectify the situation and suggested that if I were not happy them I could process a refund.  all of what I said can be verified by reading the previously attached document which entails our entire conversation over Discord.
The script did NOT restock as claimed by the scripter.

I believe he meant the script getting stuck not doing anything on the way to the tanner, not an actual client freeze.

I don't really see a reason why you would use a configurable additional idle time slider to control sleeps during selling&buying items. Using a proper sleepUntil to wait until a offer is successfully placed would prevent slower connections from breaking the script.

According to the messages @NameName was concerned about the restocking from the very beginning. After reading the messages I don't understand either why the script wouldn't sell the hides it has already tanned when it's restocking at GE. If it's unable to restock on low hide amounts (700 isn't low imo), that sounds like a bug to me. Could you clarify to both of us how the restocking is intended to work, and what OP is required to do in order to get it working as intended?

Seems like the restocking is the only problem remaining. I hope we can get that sorted out 🙂

This is not my understanding of the issue he raised, nor was there any issue with interacting with the tanner when testing, this was further illustrated be the user mentioning freezing/pauses which is related to RAM - hence the suggestion to increase it a bit through the launcher.

The user was complaining about the script not waiting long enough to collect the coins from GE, as you are aware there is a delay on the collection of GE and on slow connections this sometimes fails. Was a direct request from some of my users to add in the ability to control the delay to make it smoother for each connection type.

You can check my code its already using sleepWhile just returns too soon for slow connections In addition to also using `GrandExchange.isReadyToCollect(i)` to ensure successful response.

As explained to the user in discord the script is running task mode and will only sell when nessesary to free up more gold to train as specified by the GUI option "Sell task results when low on gold" - currently it is set to sell when the user has less than 50k cash or they are out of materials. Neither of which were triggered in the users test runs. Can happily provide the logs illustrating all of this. This is a standard restocking mechanism across ALL Cloakd scripts and is how it has been designed to ensure it fits human play style.

It's as simple as the scripters script did NOT function the way it was advertised, nor did the scripter provide any feedback that was helpful or made any concerted effort to help when asked.

The issue was that the script got stuck running towards the tanner (Numerous times),  as well as at the bank. all of which screenshots were provided to the scripter and reported using the built in report function in the script. Which can be seen by, again, reading  the chat between myself and the scripter.
The script did not sell the leather at the threshold amount selected in the gui (Which I asked the scripter if the amount shown in a screenshot would sell). to which he commented "TheCloakdOne — 09/27/2021
you need to set up for your config
    [10:14 PM]
im not going to sit here and configure your bot for you

The script did not work as intended and had multiple freezes which are not hardware related, but script related. As shown by the screenshots provided to the scripter and reported using the in script report function.

It is evident that the scripter refuses to provide any meaningful advice or help configure their script to any configuration that would actually work as advertised, The scripter refuses to take responsibility or admit they are wrong and simply shifts the blame to myself or my hardware.

The scripter further advised me to request a refund as quoted "TheCloakdOne — 09/27/2021
If your not happy with the scripts functionality that it offers you can raise a refund on the Dreambot forum. From what I can see from the logs provided the script is working as intended as of the latest version "

Refunded back to credit (discretionary as I can't tell if it's broken or it's a communication issue or what but I don't like these being dragged out. As a result @TheCloakdOne won't lose the sale for this refund).

    @TheCloakdOne:

There's a few troubling issues (and patterns I've noticed in prior interactions like these) in these communications and I'd like to address them for you to consider as this was just discretionary:

    1. While you did appear to be trying to help him out, the attitude seems on the hostile side which is counterproductive.
    2. There appears to be various misunderstandings throughout your discussion. I'm unsure if you were just so busy/quick to try and read the issues, but regardless there was a breakdown of communication which led to this refund request in the first place. No real comment on this, it was just something I've noticed and it might be worth thinking about in some way.
    3. Telling a customer that if they don't like something they can request a refund, then fighting that refund request is problematic. To me if it's to that point, and a scripter suggests that the customer should request a refund, that is (in my opinion) giving implicit permission to approve of that refund right? Otherwise you're basically just telling them to go away, put up with it, or waste everyone's time requesting a refunding that you will fight against. All three of those options are unacceptable.
    4. Back to the core issue here about the script itself: I've seen the "wrong script settings" reason used by you on many refund requests / replies to your threads. I'd like you to consider given the number of people running into configuration issues, that may be a sign that the script setup may be too complicated or counterintuitive at least. Sending users a PDF to configure a script seems a bit extreme, doesn't it? That part might just be me though, I'm really not sure.

    Hi Pan,

1, I help everyone who messages me on discord without failure and always try to reach a resolution with my customers, i do not believe this is reflective as a whole of my support so would ask you to review this comment after perusing my discord.

    2. This is something i will try to take on board, i am stretched across mutliple companies & project at the moment so cannot dedicate as much time as i would like here, having said that i still run full time Discord  customer support that is much more than others. if its becoming an issue i can shut it down and revert to purely dreambot messaging.

    3. Im not fighting the user on the refund hence why i suggested him to ask for a refund, im fighting the misreport of functionality when it is indeed running . i have made this clear to both you and Hashtag on my stance with refunds. If there are bugs reported i will always fix them, i think this is clear from the fact that the user received a patch 2 hours after he hit the "bug report" button on my script.

    4. I take your point here but the scripts have a lot of functionality compared to the simpler scripts and do require some amount of configuration - this is helped as much as possible through discord support, auto bug reporting & community help - all of which are implemented to ease the use of the script. - Again for the vast vast majority of users they find this an acceptable level of customisation and are happy with the variety especially when it comes to the ability to adjust all the antipattern and delay. Again coming back to the fact that you seem to be referencing your opinion purely on refunds on not on the overall amount of customers that use Cloakd scripts daily. Only the mule comes with a PDF guide as i wanted to enhance user experience and offer as much customisability to my customers as possible
