Steevvy 0 Share Posted December 24, 2020 Good afternoon! I am looking for a reliable company that produces smart home security systems. I need to install one in my house. I was trying to look for several reviews on the Internet. There are a lot of DIY options, but they do not suit me. I want to have a professional variant to get a long warranty period and a customer support line, too. I've noticed some people have the Ajax system. I like the design of their products and a variety of them/ Does anyone here use them? Could you please share your experience?
Eclipseop 194 Share Posted December 24, 2020 just use home-assistant and a bunch of misc sensors / random cameras. ubiquiti has good camera / interface for such devices.
pitterbrayn 0 Share Posted January 21, 2021 Hi there! I would also recommend you to check cameras on Amazon. There are still a lot of variants on sale now. By the way, Ajax is great. I also have their system. As I know, They are able to connect any cameras to the system, so you should check their characteristics. I mean, the ability to translate a picture during the dark night and the quality of the picture. Also, try to choose a wireless variant but with reliable batteries, so it would be hard to turn them off. Anyway, Ajax has motion sensors. If your cameras are turned off, the motion sensors will work, and the system will send you a notification if it notices anything strange.
