    So I just do

    Walking.walk(GoblinSpot.getCenter());

    However it spams really fast and hard. Anyway i can put like a 3 second pause between the walkflags?

    Thanks a huge deal in advance.

    Wrap it with a check to see if you should walk: (Also maybe randomize the tile a bit)

    if (Walking.shouldWalk(Calculations.random(2, 8))) {
    	Walking.walk(GoblinSpot.getCenter().getRandomizedTile(2));
    	sleep(50, 1500);
    }

    Add sleeping. sleep(Calculations.random(1600,2200));

    Also, like Holic said: you should randomize the tile, there's no reason not to. Walking.walk(yourArea.getRandomTile());

    Full code:

    if(!yourArea.contains(getLocalPlayer())){

    Walking.walk(yourArea.getRandomTile());

    sleep(Calculations.random(1600,2200));

    }
