    Been trying to launch the DB3 via command line. Is this a VIP only feature? If not, how do I launch via the command line? I've tried the following, and it seems to pop up the interface window that asks me to enter the memory size and proxy anyway (which defeats the purpose of trying to automate by running via command line). Is there a way to run via the command line so that it will go straight into the bot and automatically start running the script without any user input? 

     java -jar DB3Launcher.jar

    Yes this is possible, it is called Quickstart however as far as I am aware it is a VIP feature. 

    java -Dhttp.proxyHost=PROXYIP -Dhttp.proxyPort=1080 -jar client-3.0.0.jar
