    About

    A wilderness looter with a bunch of nifty features, banks and eats when necessary. Two click start!

    Looking for testers and feedback

    This is my first script since ARGA was alive, COVID pulled me back into this world.

    Features

    • Script automatically sets up
      • Turns off auto-retaliate
      • Hides "Attack" option
      • Hops to desired world
      • Finds it way to the wilderness
      • Dismisses wilderness warning
      • All fields pre-defined with optimal F2P settings

    Known bugs

    • Sometimes crosses the ditch twice when banking
    • Sometimes double-clicks or loots while already looting
    • Certain items cause loot log on screen to disappear, mostly fixed
    • Sometime doesn't choose the closest item if all the reachable ground items are of the same value/amount

    First of all this looks amazing and thanks for making it on Dreambot client! I would really love to help out with beta testing. I can provide you with accounts, proper bug reports, progress pictures etc.. I have alot of free time this summer and will be available most of the time. I have been botting on and off for the last 6 years and I would love to help you develop this script! I can pm you my discord :) Goodluck with the script!

    Thank you, framble, that's hugely appreciated!  For now, if you run into any snags or have suggestions I'm all ears! I'll probably bug you in a bit.

    I've run it for about 20 minutes so far, here are some things that I've noticed or bugs that have happened.

    1.  You can't start it with the bank open, it will try to set up the script but will not close the bank so it can't change the options it needs to, I'm sure after that it would walk towards the wild and run like normal.

    2. It didn't turn off auto retaliate, it opened the tab but never clicked the button.

    3. When it's looting a pile it either loots really slow if it's just clicking the top of the pile, like once every second, or if it's right clicking it won't actually click the loot most of the time. It just right clicks the pile and then clicks at the very top of the options and closes it out.

    I also had this happen when trying to loot green vambs.

    It's a good script though, I'm not trying to trash it, just thought you might want to know these things. I'll keep running it and see what ends up happening.

    Great feedback, thank you! I take no offence :) That's exactly the kind of feedback I'm looking for.

    1) Noted and fixed

    2) Seems to be an API issue so I'll write my own method, consider it fixed. 

    getCombat().toggleAutoRetaliate(false)

    doesn't seem to be actually turn it off sometimes. I noticed that once or twice but didn't think much of it.

    3) Did you happen to notice if the loot disappeared right before attempting to click it? I have a bunch of null checks that should have caught that, the line right before the error line is one of those checks so that's odd but I will try to suss it out further.

    3.1) I'm aware of the slow piling issue but am not sure the best approach to fix it. I will try to have that fixed for the next release, I know it can be an issue.

    3.2) The right-clicking and closing the menu is new, I will investigate!

     

    I've also noticed my mouse spasms bug has come back with the new update. On small ground items, like single arrows, sometime the mouse goes crazy attempting to click the item. I will see what I can do about it.

    I didn't notice if the loot disappeared, I just looted back at the bot and saw it broke.

    IMO for an easy fix, since it's usually when it's looting swordfish or something, just have it spam click the pile until a higher priority loot appears, needs to bank, etc.

     

    Yeah, I've had the mouse do that. I'm not really sure what would cause that.
