    hello, i bought a gift card for a customer of mine, used his email. he didnt recieve anything yet, usually all customers recieve it instantly but this one is using his work email, is that the reason? anyone can help me with that issue please?

    we tried it on my email it worked, but his email hes not receiving anything yet
