If the accounts are "not exactly throwaways," you shouldn't be botting them at all.

It doesn't matter what proxy you use - there will always be a chance for ban. Only bot accounts you are willing and ready to lose.

I would just go with proxy6 if it were me.

The private IPv4 from proxy6 has been very good to me. I recently got emailed the discount code "yB6Ydq5" to get the price down to 1$, I think this code is personal or one time use though. If you're willing to pay for a good residential proxy be my guest but the prices ive seen are so ridiculous that id rather just buy an account than level it on a residential proxy. If you are really set on using a residential proxy, an unpopular cheaper alternative could be to set up your own residential proxy on a friends IP. If you really don't want the account to be banned, best option is to not bot at all 😛
