can't login to the game

I had some problem with the launcher and used this steps:

  

1. Move dblauncher.jar to desktop
2. open command prompt by hitting windows + r then typing cmd and hitting enter
3. type java -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true -jar %userprofile%\Desktop\DBLauncher.jar

4. hit enter and hope for success.

but now I can't run the game

 

what to do?
