Dispute - Dignity

I was scammed by one of his workers for 110m and he refuses to refund me even after saying he would.

 

I was recommended to Dignity's site and having him on skype + seeing him around in the market on different sites I decided I would check their rates and use it if decent. I was offered $2.1/m which was the best rate I'd gotten that day and took it. The operator was hat and after I traded the money I was hit offline. I rushed to a public place(Subway) to try and get my money and once in hat asked for my paypal I gave and then boom I get hit offline there. Finally I went to Tim Hortons another public place and after a few disconnections nothing more than a couple seconds the chat went offline and I didn't get a single cent or gp.

 

Dignity is responsible just as much as hat is as it is his website and Hat was appointed by him.
