    I am glad you were able to come to an conclusion and no severe actions had to be taken. I hope there is something you both can learn from this to prevent similar cases from happening in the future.

    @7804364, I would rather not see another dispute of this nature opened against you. For now, I'll let the TWC stay for an undefined time.
