Quickhopping is way faster then normal wordhopping, It will disconnect and reconnect to another world. Camelot tabs, Are teleport tabs which you can buy at the g.e, Once your inventory is full with karambwans it will teleport to camelot instead of walking(faster then walking) The too many time login attemps problem is Jagex, I can't really help that.
