Reflection takes up a bit more cpu and is less detectable by jagex. So I'd use injection for gold farming and reflection for botting on accounts you like. This is what I've heard

i dont really plan to set up a big gold farm, i have found an old account of mine (probably made in 2004), and i would be botting it just to be able to access the 'cool' part of osrs with my main...

 

but, what i meant is, i already know that older accounts are less banned than new ones, but do reflection based/injection based clients too help on preventing bans?
