DreamBot in Ubuntu 16.04 using Proxy

For some reason i cannot get the Dreambot client to load when attempting to use a proxy within Ubuntu 16.04. If i choose to use no proxy, the client loads successfully. These are the steps i'm following:

Client is up to date and ready to launch!

 After i have chosen to use the proxy, nothing happens at all. Does anyone know a reason for this?

I am having the same problem, using Windows. Tried 2 different proxies.
