So I have this issue where i load up the client but the RS login screen fails to appear and I just see the dreambot logo. It's inconsistent depending on the pc though: on one pc this problem almost never occurs, on another it almost always occurs, and on a third it always occurs. When this happens the debugging screen says:

...and then it just repeats over and over. On each pc i use the same type of proxy (IPv4 SOCKSS) which I got from the same place but seem to get different results depending on the pc. I have already gone through the process of deleting all my java stuff then installing java 8(which did fix some other issues I was having), and I've experimented with different memory allocation settings in the launcher but it doesn't seem to affect my success rate with this issue in the slightest. Also I am a VIP meaning I have unlimited tabs and have already made sure that I'm logged in to my dreambot account on each open client.  Can I please get some suggestions on something else I could try.

Try new proxies, it seems like some are not working correctly.

Good idea but I just tested all the proxies on the one pc that was giving me success. They all work. This seems to narrow it down to a pc settings issue of some sort on the other 2 machines. Anyone have any idea? They both run windows, java 8, and are comparable in specs to the pc giving me success.

It's definitely a proxy connection issue.

    "     java.net.SocketException: Can't connect to SOCKS proxy:Connection timed out: connect "
Make sure your authenticated to use the proxies on the PC's that fail. I assume the pc's are on different IP's than the one that does work. If the proxies are IP authed, that would explain it.

This is a little bit over my head. As I mentioned one of the other pcs has managed to pull up the RS login screen through the proxy on the client, just very rarely. I'm also able to use these proxies on all three pcs with programs like proxifier with no problems(verified by searching "what is my ip" on google). So this issue is limited to when I use these proxies with the client on those 2 pcs. I'm given the option to authorize a given proxy for ONLY one IP, so I'll give that a go though I'm not sure that's what you meant...
