Leaking != publishing something as open source, unless it was done by a third party or a 'hacker'. Literally getting a headache reading people say "leak" when it's literally the person's own intention to publish it as open-source on GitHub. If it was leaked it would be a different story. AFAIK it was made public for the customers that paid $5. As for terminology you can say whichever you prefer I suppose. Technically it was a paid script, and I don't think he ever intended to release his script for free but I believe dinh took a break from dreambot I am not sure what happened.
