2018 Year-To-Date Staff Feedback

Hello everyone! We haven't been doing regular staff feedback, but since we're halfway through 2018 (holy crap right?) we ought to do some sort of feedback. So without further ado:

Feedback is used to figure out where we need to improve as a whole, if you have any general comments/suggestions I would appreciate you adding those in here now as well.

Comments: I've been trying to contact him for quite a while in regards to scripts I want published. Months ago I submitted scripts for a month attempting to get one published and every request expired. I was told the SDN was broken. I'm back now and submitted a request Monday for a super simple script and still haven't head anything back. 

I don't mean to do this here, but I've posted in various forums trying to get some attention on this issue to no avail.
