Introduction: For people that want to get into ricing (making things look good), it may seem troublesome due to the overbearing about options. While you will indeed have access to customize more elements with a rooted/rom-ed device, you can still get a nice outcome. Okay, so how do I start? The most crucial part of a home screen is the launcher. You will find yourself better off getting a third-party launcher in every situation. There are a lot of options when it comes to launcher, and a lot of it comes to personal preference. The two most common ones would be Nova ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.teslacoilsw.launcher ) and Apex ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.anddoes.launcher ) (Personally reccomending Nova). The next couple steps are kinda a cluster-fuck, it all depends on where you find your inspiration. If you find a wallpaper that you really vibe with and want to start off with that: find an icon pack that compliments it and same for your clock widget. The same theory applies to whatever you start with, it is all about finding things that compliment each other. is my current homescreen. I just discovered Kustom, and really liking it! My homescreen is subject to change a lot in the following days due to me finding new things I can do in Kustom lmao.
