2-day ban, should I continue to bot?

I started botting four days ago. I did not do it very wisely. Sometimes I botted 8 hours in a row.
I got a 2-day ban, which was not really a surprise.

My question is if I should continue to bot, of course with more caution and max 3hours in a row.

I don't have much experience in the botting world so if you could give me some advice, I would appreciate it.

 

Another question is that according to runescape (messages) they detected the dreambot client.

So based on that I got busted not by botting too long in a row, but they simply detected the client, which could happen even if you don't bot a lot.

Stop botting on that acc.. they prob flagged ur acc and when they see u botting again ur perm banned
