Edit: Could be a cache issue also. You can manually delete the cache or use 'Fresh start' (client->settings->fresh start) don't forget to restart the client. You're probably using client.jar (it does not check for updates). Use the launcher instead. Here's a link https://dreambot.org/DBLauncher.jar If that does not help then it's a cache issue and Fresh start will solve it. You can enable it in the client settings.
