    Basically, I go to manage settings, and it lets me play with the checkboxes and the frames per second slider but they don't actually do anything, if I disable client rendering it continues to render the client, if I lower the frames per second to one it continues to run at a smooth FPS rate. This isn't a particularly new issue I've been experiencing it for around a month now maybe more, I expected a patch to fix it since that's what broke it in the first place but no such luck.
