    1. Date of purchase: Today (6/19/2017)

    2. Detailed description of problem: I have been inactive from DB for several months and I forgot to cancel my sponsorship renewal.

     

    Can you please refund this for me? I hope it isn't any trouble. Money is tight right now and I can't afford the $39.99 charge.

    So I waited 24 hours expecting some sort of response and yet no one has made any attempt contact me or refund this charge. Is this not going to be refunded or what? Can I least have a response?
