Is it possible to add the gate between Lumbridge and Al Kharid?

Tried to train magic on this, it kept switching attack styles for some reason. I don't think I had this issue with melee/ranged training.

I tried starting next to the lumbridge range, it still ran over to the one outside of the castle.

Would it be possible to add the lumbridge castle range? Right now it uses the tutorial one outside of the castle while banking at the castle.
