This has nothing to do with the script, as far as I can tell. I would advise making the account in the same country that you are botting tutorial island on. If you aren't currently using residential-style IP addresses, I can suggest giving it a shot.

You're not supposed to extract anything, make sure you are launching the .jar file with Java. Here's a jarfix: https://johann.loefflmann.net/en/software/jarfix/index.html#Download

Yesterday, a new update was released. It will go live when staff approve it (hopefully soon). Interaction and randomization have been tweaked. @SDN Bot will update the discussion with change logs once the update hits

To avoid this you want to use residential IPs and login from the same country that you made the account in.

With today's update, several widgets have changed. The script has been updated, and is now pending review.

The topic has been updated, and version 1.3 has been submitted for approval. Changelog: The way tabs are handled has been changed. There's a lot more randomness now. To prevent making queries to the OSRS hiscores, it will cache the remainder of the names (25 at a time).
