    1. Hi I was hoping you could help with creating my own proxy. I followed the guide in your goldfarming guide about creating your own proxy step by step and use the same VPS as listed in the guide a CentOS 6.9 x 64 version. When I add the proxy to the DB launcher it opens and shows it is running the proxy but an rs client never loads.

        Hi,

Here is a guide on opening ports on Windows 10:

         https://www.tomshardware.com/news/how-to-open-firewall-ports-in-windows-10,36451.html

Also use Open Port Check tool on canyouseeme.org to see if the port is open.

Also open the port on your VPS, there are lots of guide on the internet on how to open ports on Linux VPSes

        Use this checklist:

        1) Whitelist your Home IP on the VPS.

        2) Make sure the Proxy type is SOCKS5

        3) Whitelist the SOCKS5 proxy port on your VPS.

        4) Whitelist the SOCKS5 IP and Port on your Home IP.

        5) Check if the port is open on the VPS.

        6) Check if the port is connectable on your Home PC.

        Hi,

It's probably the firewall blocking the port.

Unblock the port of the proxy in the firewall.

Also check if the credentials of the proxy you entered into DreamBot is correct.

You can also check if the port is open, on a Open Port Tool.. google that.

Another method to try is to Delete the "DreamBot" Folder (which contains private scripts and client.jar)..

then try to load DBLauncher.jar again.

        Try the following:

        Uninstall JAVA/JDK Completely:

        Uninstalling the JDK

To uninstall the JDK, you must have Administrator privileges and execute the remove command either as root or by using the sudo(8) tool.

Navigate to /Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines and remove the directory whose name matches the following format:Foot1

        /Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/jdkmajor.minor.macro[_update].jdk

        For example, to uninstall 8u6:

        % rm -rf jdk1.8.0_06.jdk

Do not attempt to uninstall Java by removing the Java tools from /usr/bin. This directory is part of the system software and any changes will be reset by Apple the next time you perform an update of the OS.

Install this version of JDK 8:

         https://filehippo.com/download_java_development_kit_64/86378/

ALSO MAKE SURE JRE IS INSTALLED!

Note: JRE is auto installed with JDK Installer

        Then load DreamBot:

        java -jar DBLauncher.jar

When you try to load DreamBot does it give any error pop-up or just doesn't respond?
