Can i test the trial before purchasing, hopefully its actively updated

For some reason it will not clean the herbs unless i have to pull it out myself, it just stays on a loop in the bank and also sometimes it just stays on the loop opening the options tab and staying on the controls section but does not do anything, i have it set on fixed and default zoom and I'm still having this problem
