Hello everyone,
Our VIP benefit that offers 10% off non-instanced scripts will be ending on March 31.
We're doing this to allow for more flexibility to start adding more store features like Scripter discounts, things like if you own X script, Y script can be cheaper, or allowing upgrading from one version of a script to an upgraded version by just paying the difference. Our systems can't currently support things like that due to the way we pay scripters: the 10% discount is taken out of our cut, never out of the scripter's sales, which is unlike other platforms. This will also allow us to remove all of the duplicate scripts in the SDN (one monthly version, one lifetime version), so they can appear like instanced scripts already do with an option during checkout.
We hope you understand, and we're sorry for any inconvenience this might cause.

DreamBot Credits
(Also known as vouchers, gift cards)

What are DreamBot Credits?
DreamBot credits are store credits usable on the DreamBot store.
1 Credit is equal to 1 US Dollar worth of purchasing power on the DreamBot store.
Also commonly known as vouchers or gift cards, these terms refer to the same thing.
DreamBot credits NEVER expire.

What are DreamBot Credits used for?
Credits can be used to purchase anything on the DreamBot store. This includes:
Scripts: https://sdn.dreambot.org/scripts VIP: https://dreambot.org/forums/index.php?/store/category/7-vip/ Sponsor: https://dreambot.org/forums/index.php?/store/category/8-sponsor/ Donator ranks: https://dreambot.org/forums/index.php?/store/category/6-donator/ Credits can be freely traded and transferred from user to user, by purchasing a gift card for others and paying with your credit balance.
Credits can be sent as gifts.
Why do I need credits?
If the user does not have a credit card accepted by the DreamBot store, credits allow them to still purchase the items they want.
If the user prefers to pay with something other than a credit card, credits allows them more flexibility in their payment method.
PayPal, Cryptocurrency, OSRS gold are not accepted by the DreamBot store, but are commonly accepted as methods of payment for credits.
If the user wishes to maintain their privacy, making purchases with credits allows them to hide their billing and personal information.

How do I buy credits?
You can buy credits from other users on the DreamBot Market in the Vouchers/Store Credit section located at: https://dreambot.org/forums/index.php?/forum/132-vouchers-store-credit/
This is the most common way for users to make purchases on DreamBot when they don't have a credit card accepted by the store.
Warning: This is an open marketplace and it is possible to be scammed. To avoid scams, it is recommended to buy your credits from someone trustworthy.
You can also buy credits directly from the DreamBot store in the Gift Cards section located at: https://dreambot.org/forums/index.php?/store/gift-cards/
The DreamBot store accepts most credit cards as payment.
How do I redeem my credits?
If you've been sent a redemption code for credits, you can redeem it here: https://dreambot.org/forums/index.php?/store/redeem/
After redeeming the code, the credits will be added to your DreamBot account.
You can now make any purchases you want on the DreamBot store with your credits.
If your credit balance is not enough to fully pay for a purchase, you are able to substitute the rest of the payment with a credit card.

Why would any of us risk our jobs / reputations built up over years for a random nobodies account?  Instead of leveling your main this entire time, you should have invested some time into leveling your critical thinking skills a bit. 

It changes how the client interacts with the game in a manner that can reduce bans for certain things.  That is about all of the insight we can provide, if we made it publicly available nothing stops other clients from copying.

Thanks for asking @rubenl7 that is against our usage agreements and would result in your account and your friends accounts banned.  We have automated systems monitoring and alerting for this kind of thing so please do not make us enforce this policy.  Since you are being directly informed if we see it it'll be treated as a blatant disregard and attempt to evade our rules.
